How to Find Your Model and Serial Number

Before you call, email, or stop by for parts, do yourself a favor and track down your model and serial number first. It sounds like a small thing, but it's the difference between getting the right part on the first try and making a second trip.

Where to Look

Mowers: Look under the seat, on the frame near the rear axle, or on a plate near your feet.

Utility vehicles (like the RTV series): Check the frame rail, typically behind the driver's side seat.

Chainsaws, trimmers, and handheld equipment: Usually stamped into the housing near the engine or on a label near the base of the unit.

If you're not sure where to look on your specific machine, a quick photo of the area you think might have it and a call to your local Wolf Kubota location will get you pointed in the right direction fast.

What to Do With It Once You Have It

Write it down, snap a photo, or store it in your phone's notes app. Somewhere you can pull it up quickly. When you call or stop in for parts or service, having your model and serial number ready means we can skip the guesswork and get you the right part the first time.
