Renting Equipment at Wolf Kubota: What to Expect

Not every job needs you to own a tractor or a skid steer. Sometimes you just need the right machine for a weekend, a week, or a season, and that's exactly what our rental fleet is for. Here's what to know before you book.
Our rental lineup covers projects of just about any size. Compact tractors handle small acreage and everyday property work with ease. Larger machines (skid steers, track loaders, and more) are built for heavier jobs like construction or land clearing. Whatever the project, we help you pick the right fit rather than just handing you whatever's available.
Every machine in our fleet is inspected and serviced regularly, so you're not the one finding out something's wrong with it mid-project.
Rental rates are based on straight-time use: an 8-hour day, a 40-hour week, or 160 hours over a 28-day month. If you end up using the equipment beyond those hours, overtime is billed proportionally. An extra hour on a given day is billed at 1/8th of the daily rate, an extra hour in the week at 1/40th of the weekly rate, and so on for monthly rentals.
In plain terms: rent for what you need, and if the job runs a little long, you're not stuck starting a whole new rental period, you're just billed for the extra time.
Rentals are paid in advance, so please plan on settling up before the equipment leaves the lot.
While you have a rental, you're responsible for protecting it against loss, damage, or destruction. That's standard for any rental. You've got two ways to handle that:
One important note: the waiver doesn't cover damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Normal wear and accidents on the job are one thing, but the waiver isn't a blank check. If you're not sure which option makes sense for your project, ask us. We're happy to walk through it before you sign anything.

Our team will ask about your property, the scope of the job, and what you're trying to accomplish, then point you toward the machine (and any attachments) that actually fits.
